What Made By Days is and is not

Made By Days is goal-planning software. It keeps your goal path, carries a conversation with an AI guide, drafts your week and does arithmetic over money figures you enter; as each later part opens, it will give a free seat to the mentor you already have and do research and drafting between sessions. The home page says which of those parts is open today and which is in build.

Made By Days is not medical advice, and it is not a doctor, a therapist or a counselor. It does not diagnose, treat or prescribe anything. It is not investment, tax, legal or financial advice. Its guide, planner and researcher are AI, not people, and say so. It is not an emergency service: if you are in a crisis, call or text 988, and if you are hurt or unwell, stop and get help from a person.

Your account

You must be 18 or older and live in the United States to use Made By Days. An account is for one person. Keep your password to yourself and keep control of the email address you signed up with. You are responsible for what is done with your account.

Your goal and your health

Practice toward your goal is at your own risk. A goal with a licensing body or physical risk is not built here; fitness, sport and health goals go to Swolski. Follow your mentor and your doctor over anything Made By Days says.

The AI team and its limits

The guide and the planner are software, and so is the researcher to come. They plan a goal with you; they do not treat anything. They read every message for signs of a crisis and answer a crisis with a referral and nothing else, as the safety page describes. Nothing they write changes your path or your week until you accept it. They do not act outward today; when connections open, they will act outward (a message, a draft sent, a booking) only on an approval you give inside the app, and they will never buy, pay, book or deposit anything even then: the agent will prepare, you will complete.

Your mentor's seat

You will be able to invite one person as your mentor. Their seat will be free. They will see what you mark as shared, will be able to hold a stop with a reason and lift it, and will be able to sign off a stop you marked as needing their word. They are not Made By Days's agent and Made By Days does not check their credentials for a goal with no licensing body. You can end the seat at any time.

The money planner

The money planner does arithmetic over the numbers you enter and gives no advice. Nothing in it is investment, tax, legal or entity advice; a licensed adviser gives that. No button in it moves money.

Your age

Accounts are for people 18 and over. You give your date of birth when you create an account. If a message, a log or anything else shows that an account belongs to someone under 18, the guide and its team will be paused for that account at once, any paid plan will be cancelled with the current period refunded under the refund rules, and the account will be deleted within 30 days unless the sign is shown to be wrong, in which case it will be reinstated.

Using Made By Days fairly

Use Made By Days for your own goal. Do not use it to break the law, to harm another person, to reach parts of it you were not given, to overload it, or to get around the limits of your plan. Do not put anyone else's health information into it without that person's agreement.

Plans, renewal and cancellation

No paid plan is on sale today. Accounts are free. The pricing page shows the plans, their prices and the day each opens; this section applies to a plan from its day. The plan renews automatically at the end of each month, at the price shown when you bought it or at a new price you were told of 7 to 30 days before it took effect, until you cancel. You can cancel at any time on the account page, or, if you cannot sign in, by writing to team@manic.agency from the email address of your account. Cancelling stops the next renewal, and your plan stays on until the end of the period you paid for. Made By Days emails you at least 7 and at most 30 days before a price change takes effect, with how to cancel, and once a year with what your plan costs and how to cancel. The refunds and cancellation page says when a charge is refunded. Prices are in US dollars.

Your data

Everything you put into Made By Days is yours, including your goal record and, when those parts open, your logs and conversations. You allow Manic Agency LLC and the companies named in the privacy policy to handle them only to provide the service to you, as the privacy policy and the consumer health data privacy policy describe. You can take everything out as a file and delete it at any time from your account.

Changes to the service

Made By Days works to keep the service available but does not promise that it will always be available or free of errors. It may change features; it will not take away what a paid plan includes during a period you have paid for.

Liability

Made By Days is provided as it is. To the extent the law allows, Manic Agency LLC is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and its total liability to you is limited to what you paid for Made By Days in the twelve months before the claim, or 100 US dollars if you paid nothing. Nothing in these terms limits liability that the law does not allow to be limited, or takes away rights that the law of the place where you live gives you.

Ending the agreement

You can stop using Made By Days and delete your account at any time. Made By Days may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms. If Made By Days closes an account for any other reason, it refunds the part of a paid period not yet used.

Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Nevada, without regard to its rules on conflicts of law. Nothing in them takes away rights you have under the laws of the place where you live.

Changes to these terms

Made By Days emails account holders about a material change at least 30 days before it takes effect.
