The paid plans will open for purchase at these prices unless this page says otherwise before then: Guide on 10 November 2026, Team after it. No card is asked for until that day. Prices are in US dollars, one public price per plan, monthly, no yearly plan; sales tax is added where it applies. A plan will renew every month on the day you bought it until you cancel; you will be able to cancel in your account at any time, and the plan will then run to the end of the period you paid for and not renew; you will be told at least 7 and at most 30 days before any price change, with how to cancel. Your mentor's seat is free on every plan.

- Guide opens on 10 November 2026; Team after it, when the researcher works. The home page lists what is open today and what is being built, in order. Until then nothing is charged and no card is asked for.
- How will cancelling work?
- In your account, at any time. The plan will run to the end of the period you paid for and will not renew.
- What is refunded?
- A charge made after you cancelled, or a second charge for the same period, will be refunded in full whenever you tell us; a charge is not refunded for part of a period. The refunds and cancellation page has the rules.
- Can prices change?
- The prices on this page are the prices the plans will open at unless this page says otherwise before then. Once you are on a plan, you will be told at least 7 and at most 30 days before any price change, with how to cancel.
- Is my mentor's seat really free?
- Yes, on every plan, and it stays free.
- What does the allowance mean?
- A number of messages with your guide each month, printed in each plan; the crisis answer and the safety features never depend on it.
